STICKY RUM RIBS

 
Ingredients: Four to five pounds of baby back ribs (pork), One cup chile sauce, One quarter cup catsup, One half cup dark rum, One quarter cup soy sauce, One tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, One teaspoon dry mustard, Six cloves crushed garlic, One quarter teaspoon pepper.
 
Preparation: Cut ribs into single pieces.  Place in a baking pan  lined with foil and covered in foil.  Bake for 45 minutes, in 350o oven.  Then drain off fat.  Put 1/2 of marinade on ribs and seal again in foil.  Bake at 350o to 400o, for approximately 1 hour.  Put remaining marinade on ribs and cook uncovered for another 3/4 to 1 hour or until tender.
