Smoked Chile Butter Ingredients: One-half cup of butter, Two teaspoons of all purpose flour, One teaspoon of pepper coarsely ground, Four tablespoons hot chile sesame oil, one drop of liquid smoke. Preparation: Melt butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Add hot chile sesame oil and blend, mixing well, Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook over low heat until thickened. Serve over smoked chicken ravioli's.
