Shrimp Mikey

One-pound package of fresh pasta (fettuccini or vermicelli), One
pound frozen cooked shrimp, One pound of fresh asparagus, One half
cup of fresh basil, chopped; One cup of grated Parmesan cheese, Two
cups of a prepared Alfredo Sauce or Chez
Paul’s Alfredo Sauce. Preparation:
Thaw shrimp and set aside. Cut asparagus into one-inch pieces and
cook until tender. Cook pasta per package directions and drain. In a
large bowl combine cooked pasta, asparagus, basil, shrimp and
Parmesan cheese. Pour prepared or fresh Alfredo Sauce over pasta and
toss. Serve immediately.
