Butter Cup Pie Ingredients:
Crust: Eighteen shortbread cookies, finely crushed; Layer one: Two ounces softened cream cheese, Two
cups cool whip, One half cup confectioner’s sugar, One half cup creamy peanut
butter Layer two: Four ounces softened Philadelphia
cream cheese Real Whipped Cream for garnish. Preparation:
Crust: In a medium bowl, stir together cookies and butter with a fork until
moistened then press into a ten inch pie pan. Place in freezer for about twenty
