Peanut Butter Cup Pie

 

Ingredients: Crust: Eighteen shortbread cookies, finely crushed;
One cup melted butter.

Layer one: Two ounces softened cream cheese, Two cups cool whip, One half cup confectioner’s sugar, One half cup creamy peanut butter

Layer two: Four ounces softened Philadelphia cream cheese
Four cups cool whip, One half cup confectioner’s sugar
Two ounces melted semi sweet chocolate.

Real Whipped Cream for garnish.

Preparation: Crust: In a medium bowl, stir together cookies and butter with a fork until moistened then press into a ten inch pie pan. Place in freezer for about twenty minutes or until good and firm.

Layer one:
Beat together all ingredients, spread onto the frozen crust, and freeze for ten to fifteen minutes.

Layer two:
Mix together all ingredients except for the chocolate. Stir in the chocolate. Place this mixture on top of the peanut butter layer.

Top with real whipped cream and refrigerate until for at least an hour. Serve
