Pablo’s Pepper Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
One quarter cup of Cholula Hot Pepper sauce, One half cup butter, One quarter cup of
heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste. Preparation:
Pour pepper sauce into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until sauce
reduces. Reduce heat and add butter, melt slowly over low heat until blended.
Add cream and simmer on low heat for about five minutes. Place into small bowls
and serve.
