Jazzy Slaw

Ingredients: One head of green cabbage, cored and shredded thin; Two medium sized carrots, peeled and grated, One green bell pepper, seeded, halved and grated; One tablespoon of coarsely grated yellow onion, Two cups of mayonnaise, One half cup of sugar, One quarter cup of Dijon mustard, One quarter cup of cider vinegar, One tablespoon of celery seeds, Salt and pepper to taste, Two tablespoons of parsley, chopped for garnish. 

Preparation: Toss the cabbage, carrots, bell peppers and onion in a large bowl. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients except the parsley. Fold into the vegetables. Cover and refrigerate. Garnish with parsley and serve.
