Honey Sesame Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients: One pork tenderloin, One half cup of soy sauce, One tablespoon of
ground ginger, Two tablespoons of brown sugar, Two cloves of garlic, minced; Two
tablespoons of sesame oil, Two tablespoons of honey, and five tablespoons of
sesame seeds. Preparation: Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Place pork tenderloin
in a heavy plastic zip lock bag and pour soy mixture over to coat. Let marinate
from four to eight hours in refrigerator. When ready to cook remove pork
tenderloin from bag and set aside. Mix together honey and brown sugar in a
shallow plate. Place sesame seeds on a separate shallow plate. Roll tenderloin
in honey and brown sugar mixture, coating thoroughly; then roll in sesame seeds.
Roast in a shallow pan at 400 degrees for twenty five minutes or until meat
thermometer inserted registers between 155 and 160 degrees F. Remove from oven
and plate.
