Noodle Bake From Jordan
Pearson, Chef in training Ingredients:
One pound of lean ground beef, One can of tomato soup, One and one half cups
elbow macaroni, One teaspoon of salt, One teaspoon of pepper (optional), One can
of chili, One cup grated cheddar cheese. Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring six cups of water to a boil in a large
saucepan. Add macaroni and boil
uncovered for 8 min. Drain in
strainer or colander and set aside. Brown ground beef in a medium size skillet.
Spoon off fat. Add chili, tomato soup, salt, macaroni, and one cup of
water to beef. Cook stirring 5-7
min. Place in a medium size casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake, uncovered, just until cheese melts, 3-5 min. |
