Grandma Ritchie's Barbeque Sauce Ingredients: One half cup of "Apple Cider" vinegar, One half cup of tomato ketchup, Four tablespoons of brown sugar, Four tablespoons of Worcestshire sauce, Two cloves of garlic (minced), One half teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, One half teaspoon of Tobasco (Try Cholula), Twelve cloves.
Preparation:
Boil all above together (at a slow rolling boil) for 5 minutes.
Afterwards
marinate the ribs in the sauce for an hour. While cooking
the ribs baste the ribs continuously till done.
