One Skillet Depression Spaghetti

Ingredients: Two tablespoons of chopped shallots, Three quarters cup of chopped green pepper, One jalapeno; chopped (optional), Two cloves of garlic, minced; One pound ground beef, One teaspoon of pepper, One teaspoon of Lawry’s seasoned salt (or regular salt), Two 14 ¾ ounce cans of Franco American spaghetti, One half cup of parmesan cheese, grated. 

Preparation: In a large skillet combine shallots, chopped green pepper, chopped jalapeno, garlic, and ground beef. Sauté until ground beef is cooked and add seasonings. Stir in Franco American spaghetti and simmer over medium low heat for approximately ten minutes. Stir in grated cheese, mix well and serve. Great as a main dish or side dish. Your kids will love this one and it is easy to make.
