Chicken Breasts in Wine

Ingredients: One half cup butter, melted; Green onion, chopped, Four chicken breasts, split, Salt and pepper to taste, One half cup Marsala wine, One cup heavy cream, One cup fresh mushrooms, One teaspoon paprika, Sliced ripe olives. 

Preparation: In a skillet, sauté green onion in butter. Add chicken and cook until meat is lightly brown. Add wine, cream, mushrooms, paprika and olives. cook covered until chicken is tender, approximately 20 minutes.
