Chez Paul's Pesto Sauce

Ingredients: Basil paste, one cup heavy whipping cream, one cup grated peccarino Romano, one half cup of butter.

In a medium saucepan melt butter and add heavy cream and basil paste, mix in cheese and simmer for about ten minutes. Serve over pasta.
