Chez Paul’s Easy Asian Spaghetti

 

Ingredients: One pound of ground pork, Two tablespoons of oil, Two cloves of garlic (minced), One diced shallot, One eight ounce can of tomato sauce, One quarter cup teriyaki sauce, One tablespoon sesame oil, One half teaspoon each of salt and pepper, One teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional), One half cup of chopped scallions, One half pound of spaghetti, One half cup of grated Romano or Parmesan.

 

Preparation: Sauté garlic and shallots for a few minutes and add ground pork. Cook pork until pink is gone. Add tomato sauce, teriyaki sauce and sesame oil and simmer for about ten minutes and keep warm. Cook pasta and add to sauce mixture when done. Add scallions and toss with grated cheese then serve.
