Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients: Two thirds cup of half & half, eight ounces of bittersweet chocolate, chopped.

Bring half & half to simmer in heavy medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Add chocolate; whisk until melted and smooth. Cool until barely lukewarm, about ten minutes. Serve immediately.
