Pork
Ingredients:
Two pounds Pork Loin, One clove garlic, crushed; One teaspoon of fresh grated
ginger, Two teaspoons sugar, One teaspoon of salt, Two teaspoon sherry, 3
Tablespoons of soy sauce, Two tablespoons of honey, One quarter teaspoon of Five
Spice Chinese Seasoning, One quarter teaspoon red food coloring.
Bake
in oven at 400°
for one and half hours. Check
doneness and if needed, lower temperature to 350°
and bake an additional 30-45 minutes. Allow
to cool and slice thinly. Serve with
Chinese mustard or chili sauce and sesame seeds.
