Chinese Pork  

Ingredients: Two pounds Pork Loin, One clove garlic, crushed; One teaspoon of fresh grated ginger, Two teaspoons sugar, One teaspoon of salt, Two teaspoon sherry, 3 Tablespoons of soy sauce, Two tablespoons of honey, One quarter teaspoon of Five Spice Chinese Seasoning, One quarter teaspoon red food coloring.

Preparation: Combine all the ingredients and blend well.  Pierce Pork Loin with fork, place in large Ziploc baggie along with marinade.  Refrigerate for at least twelve hours or longer.

Bake in oven at 400° for one and half hours.  Check doneness and if needed, lower temperature to 350° and bake an additional 30-45 minutes.  Allow to cool and slice thinly.  Serve with Chinese mustard or chili sauce and sesame seeds.
