Amazing Meat Loaf

Ingredients: One pound ground chuck, one half pound of garlic sausage, one half onion, chopped; one cup of grated carrot, one large egg, one tablespoon of garlic salt, one third cup of ketchup, one quarter cup of milk, one half cup of oats, one tablespoon of pepper.

Combine all of the above ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Press into loaf pan and form. Place in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for about and hour. Remove from oven and drain fat. Add one third cup of ketchup and a tablespoon of water, mixing well. Pour over meatloaf and bake an additional ten minutes. Slice and serve when done.
