Ingredients:
One half cup of butter, One large head of cabbage
(chopped in larger size pieces), One half cup of chopped onion (yellow),
One half pound of bacon (cooked and crumbled), One cup of sour cream, One
package of flat noodles (cooked and drained), salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Melt butter in a large fry pan or
skillet (you will need a cover for the pan), add chopped onion and sauté for
a couple of minutes on medium low heat. Add the chopped cabbage all at once
and sauté for a couple of minutes making sure that all the cabbage is coated.
Cover and simmer over low heat for five minutes. Remove lid and stir well.
Cook a few minutes longer. For the final preparation add crumbled bacon,
cooked pasta and sour cream, mix well, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve
immediately.
