Saffron Rice
Ingredients:
One cup long grain rice (white), Two cups water, One third teaspoon of saffron,
One teaspoon of salt and two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Preparation: Sauté rice in two
tablespoons of vegetable oil in a medium saucepan for approximately five
minutes. Add water, salt and saffron an bring to a boil, cover. Cook for twenty
minutes on low heat and serve.
