Roquefort Buttermilk Dressing
Ingredients:
One-third cup of buttermilk, One-half teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, One
teaspoon of red wine vinegar, One and one-half teaspoons of Dijon mustard, One
ounce crumbled Roquefort or other blue cheese.
Preparation:
Blend dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy, add salt and
pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
