Ranch Dressing Ingredients: Three-quarters cup of mayonnaise, One-half cup of buttermilk, Two tablespoons of powdered cultured buttermilk blend*, Two teaspoons of finely chopped parsley, Two teaspoons of finely chopped celery leaves, One and one-half teaspoons of fresh lemon juice, One and one-half teaspoons of Dijon Mustard, Three-quarter teaspoon of onion powder, and one-quarter of dried dill weed. *Available alongside the canned and powdered milk in most markets Preparation: Whisk the first three ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for at least an hour. Serve when chilled or refrigerate for up to a week. |
