Killer Korn Fritters
Ingredients:
Two cups of Bisquick buttermilk baking
mix, Fifteen ounces canned cream of corn, one half cup of sugar, and one quarter
teaspoon of salt.
In a large bowl
combine all the ingredients and mix well. If batter is too thick you may need to
add a little milk. Heat one quart of cooking oil in a heavy pan or deep fryer to
325 degrees. Drop by the spoonful into hot oil and turn when brown on one side
until both side are even. Drain on paper towels and serve after cooling for a
couple of minutes. Top with honey. An excellent side dish with barbequed or
fried chicken.
