Chez Paul's Bar B Que Sauce
Ingredients: One quarter cup of Cider Vinegar, One tablespoon of dried mustard, Two teaspoons of pepper, One half cup of ketchup, One medium onion, minced; Two cloves of minced garlic, Four tablespoons of brown sugar, One tablespoon of soy sauce, Two tablespoons of chili powder, Two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, One teaspoon of paprika, One teaspoon of salt, Three quarter cup of water, One tablespoon of butter, Two tablespoons of hot pepper sauce (try Cholula), One small can of tomato paste.
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for twenty minutes.
