Banana Fritters A La
Pablo
Ingredients:
Six medium
banana's, One large egg, One cup whole milk, One half pint of heavy cream,
whipped; One cup Cinnamon Sauce a la Pablo, Two cups of
Bisquick buttermilk baking mix, Two tablespoons of sugar, One package of vanilla
pudding mix, On quarter cup of confectioner's sugar.

Fritters:
Prepare
vanilla pudding as per package directions. Pour prepared pudding into six
dessert or serving bowls and chill for at least an hour. Preheat one quart of
vegetable oil to 375 degrees in a heavy saucepan or deep fryer. Peel and halve
the bananas, set aside. Whip heavy cream until soft peeks forms on high speed,
slowly add confectioners sugar until stiff peaks form then refrigerate until
dessert is complete. Combine milk, bisquick, egg, and two tablespoons of sugar
in a medium size mixing bowl and mix well. Dip bananas into batter, coating
thoroughly. Deep fry in hot oil until browned, flip bananas and cook the other
side. Drain bananas on paper towels to remove excess grease. Place two fried
banana halves into each of six serving bowls with the pudding. Top with cinnamon
sauce and a dollop of whipped cream. Serve immediately.
