Alaskan Fruit SaladIngredients: One packet unflavored gelatin, 3 5/8 ounce vanilla pudding mix, One can
of Mandarin oranges (Eleven ounces), One quarter cup of Maraschino cherries, One
and a half cups of lemonade concentrate, One half cup heavy whipping cream, One
quarter cup of flaked coconut, Eight and a half ounces of crushed Pineapple. Preparation: Soften gelatin in a quarter cup of lemonade. In a medium saucepan
combine reserved lemonade, vanilla pudding and softened gelatin. Cook over
medium heat until thick and bubbly. Chill in the refrigerator until partially
set, set aside. Beat whipping cream until fairly stiff peaks form. Fold in the
fruit, coconut and add the pudding mixture. Pour into serving dishes and
refrigerate.
