7 Up Cake
Ingredients: Cake: One box of a lemon cake mix, Four eggs, Three quarters cup of vegetable oil, Ten ounces of 7 Up, One box instant lemon pudding.
Ingredients: Frosting: One half cup of butter, One and a half cups crushed pineapple, drained; One and one half cups of sugar, Three and one half tablespoons of flour, One cup flake coconut, One cup chopped walnuts.
Preparation: Cake: Mix all ingredients one at a time and mix well. Grease with butter and flour three round cake pans. Pour equal amounts of the batter into each of the three pans and bake at 325° for twenty-five minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pans and cool before frosting.
Preparation: Frosting: Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and let cool slightly then add one cup of coconut and one cup of chopped walnuts.
